ISU Steadfast Member Agencies Shine in 2025 Best Practices Study

Now in its 32nd year, the Best Practices Study evaluates agencies across multiple revenue tiers and performance metrics, including growth, profitability, productivity, and technology adoption. Agencies are nominated by carriers and state associations and must undergo a rigorous vetting process to be selected.
