ISU Steadfast 2026 National Conference highlights platform growth, market access, and agency profitability
San Francisco, CA – May 6, 2026 — ISU Steadfast concluded its 2026 National Conference in Cedar Creek, Texas, bringing together more than 350 independent agencies, carrier partners, wholesalers, and vendors for three days focused on growth, access, and the future of the independent agency model.
Representing over $7 billion in premium across the United States, ISU Steadfast continues to expand its position as one of the leading platforms supporting independent agencies with market access, financial incentives and operational scale.
Held from April 19–22, the “Go Beyond” themed conference focused on helping agencies grow more profitably by improving access to markets, strengthening carrier relationships, and leveraging new tools and programs designed to drive measurable results.
ISU Steadfast CEO Dan McCarthy said the conference reflected a broader shift in how independent agencies are positioning for the future.
“Independent agencies are navigating a rapidly changing market. What we’re building at ISU Steadfast is a platform that gives them more access, control and ways to grow profitably,” McCarthy said. “The energy at this year’s conference made it clear, our members are leaning in and taking advantage of that opportunity.”
The launch of ISU Steadfast’s Training and Engagement program was also announced. The program has been designed to strengthen alignment between members and carrier partners while increasing participation in incentive programs and driving measurable revenue growth.
The conference also reinforced ISU Steadfast’s continued investment in expanding access to specialty and international markets. Through capabilities such as HWS Specialty, which provides direct access to Lloyd’s of London, and Novum Underwriting, a specialty MGA and wholesale brokerage, members gain access to markets that are often difficult for independent agencies to reach on their own.
Steadfast Group’s Chief Executive Officer – International, Samantha Hollman, noted the strength and momentum of the U.S. network.
“We’ve always believed in the strength of this network. The engagement we’re seeing from members and partners reinforces our confidence in ISU Steadfast’s continued growth and long-term opportunity.”
