ISU Steadfast’s services and solutions have been developed to enable agency growth and success by providing support in the areas we know you need it most. Our team of experienced and dedicated relationship managers ensures that our members are maximizing the benefits of being part of the network.

Superior market access

ISU Steadfast is licensed to operate in all 50 states and has relationships with 100+ carriers. There are no volume requirements to write business with any of our partners and eligible members can earn up to 100% commissions and be eligible for profit sharing from $1.

We also take a client-centric approach when it comes to marketing accounts by providing market access that bypasses marketing centers and allows members to present directly to underwriters.

Carriers align with us because of our attractive insurance distribution channel and our reputation for being a professional and progressive network.

Enhanced carrier compensation

We give members the ability to access enhanced carrier compensation and incentive arrangements with our strategic partners. ISU Steadfast has partner contracts with over 60+ carriers, wholesalers and premium finance companies.

We work with our members to determine where it would be beneficial to consolidate business under our partner contracts. There are no requirements to aggregate premiums if you are outperforming ISU Steadfast and there are no mandates to favor certain carriers. Members can choose which profitable books of business to aggregate.

ISU Steadfast does not take any portion of a member’s direct appointment commissions nor do we redirect commission statements to pay the network first.

Quote & Bind Platform

We offer a range of placements solutions and support, including an innovative quote and bind platform called ISU Steadfast Quote & Bind. With an extensive and growing product range, this user-friendly interface allows members to access, quote and bind business efficiently and effectively with a range of carriers on behalf of their clients.

Training and networking

At ISU Steadfast, working and learning together helps you maximize the value of membership.

Members benefit from insurance networking and peer-to-peer collaboration opportunities including a highly regarded national conference, regional meetings, working groups and forums held throughout the year to help members learn, thrive, and continue to build strong relationships with partners and each other.

Agency equity solutions

As a partner in growth and succession for independent agencies, we provide unique equity solutions to support perpetuation of the independent agency channel. We can help ISU Steadfast members realize “trapped capital” within their businesses and provide the opportunity to stay within the network and their businesses rather than sell to a third party.

Agency principals and employees continue to operate their businesses with the backing of a strong capital partner, facilitating succession and opening new avenues of organic and inorganic growth. Steadfast Group, our parent company, has a long track record of investing in independent insurance businesses and facilitating growth and succession, whilst supporting your independence, having completed nearly 150 transactions.

100% commission for eligible agencies

At ISU Steadfast, we respect the relationships you build. ISU Steadfast does not redirect your commission statements or take a percentage from direct appointments. For eligible agencies, 100% of the commission remains with you.

Technology solutions

We equip your agency with smart tools to simplify operations, expand market access, and support your independence. From a fast quote-and-bind platform to actionable data and a peer-led AI working group, our technology aims to keep your agency connected, efficient, and future-ready.

E&O program

Our E&O program is exclusive to ISU members and access is assessed based on the performance of your agency. Policies are individually written, rated and admitted in all 50 states.

Our E&O carrier is Arch, an A+ rated carrier offering competitive coverage and limits of liability.

No lock in contracts

If you decide to leave the ISU Steadfast Agency Network, we only require a month’s notice period to terminate your membership.

Since we value your independence, you retain your business, clients and relationships. There are no lock-in contracts and no exit fees or penalties.

Dedicated support

Each member receives dedicated, personalized support from a relationship manager in their region or through our Member Service Center. You'll be supported by experienced industry professionals who are committed to helping you maximize the value of your membership, answer your questions, and achieve your growth and profitability goals.
