We choose quality members over quantity. Most of our members are established businesses in their own right who recognize the value of collective strength and scale as well as the value of the additional services and solutions our network provides.

ISU Steadfast is not owned by private equity. We are owned by a global insurance organization focused on operating insurance broker and agency networks for the benefit of its members over the long-term.

Independence

We provide solutions that help independent insurance agencies be successful and retain their independence.

ISU Steadfast is committed to providing independent agencies access to products and solutions that allow them to successfully compete and grow, along with equity solutions that allow them to perpetuate their agencies and stay independent.

Our relationship with members is built on mutual respect and understanding. Member agencies retain control over their client relationships, insurance policies, existing carrier appointments and contacts. None of our services or solutions are mandatory and there are no exit penalties or non-competes.

We do not redirect an agency’s commission statement to ISU Steadfast or take a percentage from direct appointments. We let our members operate their businesses, their way.

What drives us is our ability to deliver on our value proposition and provide members with services and solutions that consistently meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
