The information shared may include your agency’s name, address, Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN), and relevant profile information such as the length of time your agency has been in business, the size of your agency, and the percentage of your business that is commercial or personal lines. We may also share lists of ISU Steadfast members, which contain only the names and addresses of the ISU Steadfast member agencies, with prospective insurance companies to assess the potential for a business relationship between ISU Steadfast and the carrier. All such information is shared under the condition of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) between ISU Steadfast and the carrier. This NDA mandates that the information be used solely for the purposes stated above and requires the carrier to maintain the confidentiality and security of the data.
