The PFS Insurance Group was voted Large Agency of the Year by the membership of the Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Colorado. We have been successful in attracting national and regional insurance markets, specialize in middle to large risks and rely upon ISU Steadfast as a growth partner and integral component for our agency’s success. Our membership in this agency network has been a profit, market, and relationship game changer for the PFS Insurance Group.
How ISU Steadfast Has Helped Fuel Growth
Our agency joined in 2021 and since joining, our membership has added substantial profit shares from carriers who’s profit participation was not feasible due to volume. So much so, that this additional revenue has become integral to the growth and development of the entire agency.
We’ve been able to win accounts using ISU Steadfast consolidated market carriers that have previously been unavailable to our commercial middle market teams and utilized Market Help Request feature to locate and contract with carriers for tough risk where our team’s experience falls short.

Our leadership team members regularly communicate and fellowship with other regional agency members. The exchange of agency management and carrier intelligence in an important benefit for our management staff.
A Strong Future, Together
All in all, the cost of membership is greatly outweighed by the networks financial, industrial, and agency relationship benefits, it’s difficult to envision a future where the ISU Steadfast Insurance Agency Network is not a central hub for our agency’s success and perpetuation.
